We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns will be at your cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Aeroe Limited warranty
All Aeroe® Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of retail purchase of the product, subject to the limitations detailed below. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the original product, at the discretion of Aeroe Limited, and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Aeroe® product and is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover the following:
Damage due to incorrect assembly, or follow-up maintenance, or lack of skill, competence or experience of the user or assembler. (NOTE: load limitations and correct assembly procedures, including correct torque settings for screwed fasteners, are outlined step-by-step in the product video instructions on our website aeroe.com).
Products that have been modified, neglected, used in competition or for commercial purposes, misused or abused, involved in accidents or anything other than normal use.
Damage or deterioration to the structure, components, surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the bicycle, or parts of the bicycle, the products are fitted to.
Normal wear and tear.
Labour required to remove and/or refit and re-adjust the product within the bicycle assembly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
